Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding to develop new business, manage key customer accounts, and promote freight forwarding services including air, sea, and road logistics. The role requires strong market knowledge, customer relationship skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services
•Promote and sell air freight, ocean freight (FCL/LCL), and inland transportation solutions
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners
•Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and rate negotiations
•Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
•Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups
•Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
•Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
•Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems
•Resolve customer issues and support account retention
Required Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
•1-2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
•Strong understanding of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and freight processes
•Proven track records
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
•Ability to work independently and under pressure
•Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools

•Valid driving license (preferred)
